1.Steel structure: steel frames are built with top-class hot rolled or cold rolled steel plate, automatic welded longitudinal beam and adopting advanced sanding and painting process as preliminary treatment.
2.Different types of suspensions are designed for various operating condition; Air suspension or Mechanical Suspension.
3.Lamp assembly uses advanced LED light, top quality PC and cat wire harness in dual circuit design.
4.State-of-the-art detection devices: Components, hardness, and phase of metal are analyzed to ensure the standards of processed material: Weld seam defects, paint thickness and adhesiveness are checked and amended to guarantee the quality of finished products.
5.Automatic the inflation and pressure sensor system is optionally available for enhanced safed and better fuel economy.
